Discover your heritage through our highly engaging House History Folios. You can hire us to research one specific thing, or, you can hire us to uncover a comprehensive history of your home.
Our prices are calculated at a flat rate of £35 per hour with a minimum 5 hour starting price. (£175.00)
Certificates
Authenticate your research with certificates and documents.
Birth, marriage and death certificates can be provided for a fee of £15 per certificate.
Copy Documents
Copies of most documents are be provided. some in the boxed folio and some via email. For extra documents and documents that require orders to be placed we will provide a costing as we continue research and you will have the decision to proceed.
House History Folios
Our house histories are delivered in attractive dark grey presentation boxes with loose leaf pages. They include a written house chronology, a bespoke design of an A3 pull-out table of residents, and an A3 Giclée colour portrait of your property with historical highlights text; plus copies of various documents as uncovered in our research.
